These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Maplevoria website located at maplevoria.com and the Maplevoria digital platform (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing this site or submitting an access request, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or submit a request.

1. About Maplevoria

The Platform is operated by Maplevoria Technologies Inc., a company registered in Canada with its office at 150 King Street West, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M5H 1J9, Canada. The Platform provides digital tools for data analysis, automated insight generation, and information organisation.

2. Eligibility and Access

Access to the Platform is available to users who have submitted and had approved an onboarding access request. Maplevoria reserves the right to approve or decline access requests at its discretion. Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its supporting systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or collect data from the Platform without prior written consent.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any Platform content or outputs without authorisation.
  • Provide false or misleading information in an access request or support enquiry.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Platform and its outputs are provided on an “as is” basis. Maplevoria makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information or outputs provided through the Platform. Users are responsible for independently evaluating any information they receive.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maplevoria Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for direct loss shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for access to the Platform in the relevant period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the Platform, including text, design, software, and structured outputs, is the property of Maplevoria Technologies Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a licence to any Platform content beyond your permitted personal use.

7. Third-Party Links

This website may include links to third-party websites for reference purposes. Maplevoria does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Links are provided for convenience only.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
